7. Carrots
Most people know that carrots are good for your eyes. Vitamin A, which is one of the nutrients in the carrots, can help you see better at night. If you smoke, then you are more likely to develop dry eyes. Even though it is best for you to avoid smoking, you may be able to undo some of the effects that smoking has on your eyes by eating carrots.

8. Water
Water is essential to human life. It is also essential to keeping your eyes moist. Your tear ducts will not be able to produce tear ducts if you are not drinking enough water.
