GERD (gastroesophageal reflux) is a condition where the acid in an individual’s stomach is pushed back up into the esophagus. Some vegetables that are good for health include cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, and green beans, among others.

Although not proven on paper, many experts suggest that apple cider vinegar does help reduce acid reflux. But it would help if you still were careful.
